UX/UI Designer with a recruiter's view of B2B software

I worked in full-cycle recruiting before moving into UX/UI design, so I know hiring tools from the user's side. Now I design workflows for B2B SaaS and FinTech products.

About Me

I came to product design through three different paths. Architecture studies taught me to think in systems and constraints. Freelance branding gave me visual craft and experience working with clients. Recruiting put me on the user side of B2B software, where I saw how tools can slow people down. That's why I start with the workflow, not the screen.
